Hong Kong Order

Customers are entitled to enjoy free domestic delivery service upon HK$500 purchase. 

For any orders below HK$500, a standard delivery charge of HK$35 will be applicable. 

Your ordered products will be directly delivered by S.F. Express to your shipping address or SF Express self-operated network points.

In-stock products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday, except public holiday) after the order has been placed and payment is cleared. It will normally take 1-2 days for the orders to be delivered.

 

Macau Order

Customers are entitled to enjoy free shipping upon HK$500 purchase. 

For any orders below HK$500, a standard delivery charge of HK$45 will be applicable.

In-stock products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday, except public holiday) after the order has been placed and payment is cleared. It will normally take 2-3 days for the orders to be delivered.

  

Taiwan Order

Customers are entitled to enjoy free shipping upon HK$800 purchase. 

For any orders below HK$800, a standard delivery charge of HK$60 will be applicable.

In-stock products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days (from Monday to Friday, except public holiday) after the order has been placed and payment is cleared. It will normally take 3-4 days for the orders to be delivered.

Please note that customer is responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". These are determined by the individual country, refusing to pay duties will not return the package to us and we will not be able to issue a refund.
